1. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

2. Timeframe: You may initiate a return/exchane within 5 days of receiving your order. After this period, we may not be able to process your return/exchange.

3. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at care@maafarming.com or by phone at +918984142437. Please provide your order number and reason for the return. 

4. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective item. If your return is accepted, we will pick up the item ordered from the same address, and you will be notified of the expected pick-up date.

5. Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 days.

6. Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please contact our customer service team to arrange for an exchange. Additional charges may apply for price differences or shipping costs associated with exchanges and the product wii be delivered to you within 3-5 days after return pick-up is done.

7. Exceptions: Some items may not be eligible for return or may have specific return conditions. Please refer to the product description or contact our customer service team for more information.
